ATLANTA — A large fire ripped through a southwest Atlanta apartment building early Thursday morning leaving around 25 people in five units without a home.
The two-alarm fire broke out around 2:15 a.m. at 300 Richardson Street SW.
The cause of the fire is unknown and there are no injuries reported. Crews were on the scene for several hours putting out the flames and hot spots.
The Red Cross is assisting those impacted.
