The 15,507 square foot home sits on 1.26 acres on Parc Du Chateau has been exquisitely renovated by Rogers, "utilizing the finest in materials & craftsmanship," according to its Zillow listing.

Rogers bought the home in 2012 for $1.5 million. It sold for $4.25 million in 2002, and for $4.15 million in 2005, according to Zillow. records. It was originally listed for $4.5 million, but was relisted for $3.5 million in June, according to Zillow.
