ATLANTA — Southwest Airlines Co. is now the "Official Airline of the SEC," after signing a multi-year sponsorship agreement with the conference and Southeastern Conference Network.
To mark the beginning of this partnership, Southwest is hosting the Flex Your Fandom Sweepstakes. This contest offers entrants a chance to win an ultimate getaway experience to the SEC Football Championship. Additional sweepstakes will be hosted later this year, awarding prizes such as packages to the SEC Basketball Championship tournament and an epic summer getaway. Southwest has added new routes and additional services for college football fans eager to attend some of the season's biggest matchups. Key games include:
- Georgia at Texas in Week 8
- USC vs. LSU in the Vegas Kickoff Classic
- Alabama at Wisconsin in Week 3
- Tennessee at Oklahoma in Week 4

Even when in the air, SEC fans can watch select matchups throughout the year via the Southwest Inflight Entertainment Portal, which offers free Live TV channels, including ESPN and ABC. The carrier also plans to surprise customers with pop-up activations on flights, providing giveaways and fun moments as fans travel.
