ATLANTA — Police are investigating after a 13-year-old boy was shot on Lee Street in southwest Atlanta's West End neighborhood.
Officers added that the teen's injuries were non life-threatening and they don't know yet if the shooting was targeted.
The incident happened around midnight Tuesday night and family reportedly drove the victim to the hospital, police add.
The boy said he was walking near the entrance of an apartment complex when he heard gunshots and was stuck, according to police.
