This is a developing story.

TROUP COUNTY, Ga. — Injuries are being reported after a school bus was involved in a crash in Troup County on Thursday afternoon, according to the school district.

Details are limited, but the crash was reported around 4 p.m. on Mooty Bridge Road. The district said nine students from different schools were on the bus during the accident.

Officials added that several district administrators helped the students on the scene and notified parents of the accident.

All other children went to Wellstar to be checked out, police said.

The severity of the injuries is still unclear.
