PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. — A suspect is in custody after leading authorities on a short chase after allegedly stabbing a woman, Sunday.
It happened just before 3 p.m. at a home off Ponderosa Drive in Dallas, Georgia, authorities said.
According to the Paulding County Sheriff's Office, deputies were sent to the home after getting reports of a domestic dispute. When they got there, they discovered that a woman had been stabbed during the dispute. EMTs took the woman to a local hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, authorities arrested the suspect after a brief chase. Neither his identity, nor the victim's identity, have been released at this time.
