Man fires gun, hurts driver during morning road rage incident in Woodstock

Here's what we know.

WOODSTOCK, Ga. — Police arrested a man Tuesday after they say he fired a gun and hurt another driver during a morning road rage incident.

According to a spokesperson for the city of Woodstock, Jayvon-Rowham Waller pulled his gun out around 9 Tuesday morning near Hwy 92 and Londonderry Drive.

Waller fired it, hitting Charles Jenkins of Acworth, who was inside the car with his 1-year-old child and another passenger. Police said he received a minor graze wound to the back, and was not transported for medical treatment.

Police quickly arrested Waller of Marietta and charged him with three counts of aggravated assault.

He's now being held in the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center.
