KENNESAW, Ga. — Police in Kennesaw say they have found a woman safe days after issuing a Matte's Call due to her disappearance.
Choncie Mills was last seen on May 23 around 4 p.m. near her apartment on Jiles Road.
At the time, they thought she may be heading to Chicago but said she was on foot the last time anyone saw her. Her disappearance has spurred a statewide Mattie's Call, an alert reserved for the elderly or those with disabilities.
No other details were released on how or where she was found.
