A quick-thinking California mom transformed a cut on her three-year-old's forehead into a Harry Potter-themed scar last week.
Brittaney Benesh of Vallejo, California, posted photos of the transformation on Imgur last week with the caption, ‘It's OK mommy can fix this,” ABC News reported.
In the photos, which have been viewed over 500,000 times, Benesh uses a marker to turn the diagonal cut into the boy wizard's iconic lightning bolt scar.
Her son appears distraught in the first photos, but peps up as he takes on the role of Harry Potter.
Benesh told ABC her son cut his head after diving into a massive pile of laundry.
"The next morning, as we are getting ready to leave, Ayden is crying about leaving because he doesn't like the big cut on his forehead, and that's when the idea came to me," she told the network.
