ATLANTA – If you planned on flying in or out of Atlanta on Wednesday, you likely dealt with delays or cancellations.
The airport also dealt with long security lines. At 3:35 p.m., TSA lines at Hartsfield-Jackson International were close to an hour long. The airport stated that passengers leaving from Atlanta should arrive at least two hours before your flight. By 7 p.m., the lines were back to normal.
Operations ongoing at #ATL, but due to limited TSA staffing, wait times are approaching 60 minutes. We urge passengers departing from ATL to arrive at least two hours before scheduled flight.
