ATLANTA — Police released new photos and videos of three suspects from a fatal shooting outside a Buckhead bar - and they're hoping the distinct jacket worn by one will help them track the trio down.
It was around 3:30 a.m. Feb. 9 when an officer working an accident in front of a Peachtree Road NW business heard several shots coming from a surrounding parking lot.
When the officer got to the lot, he found 28-year-old Sean Moboey, hurt from gunfire. They rushed him to the hospital, but he died from those injuries. Witnesses told police Moboey had gotten into an argument with three suspects before one of them took out a gun and shot him.
The three got away in a burgundy Nissan Altima - crashing into several cars in the lot before driving off. Police are looking for that Altima, which will likely have front-in damage from the crash and a cracked windshield from gunfire.
Now, police are asking the public to be on the lookout for another distinct piece of evidence that ties the three suspects to the alleged crime - a jacket with the word "SAINT" emblazoned on the back, similar to the one pictured below.
In addition, detectives also released more surveillance video from inside the "Hole in the Wall" bar. They hope that these new images and video will help them catch the suspects and bring them to justice.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Atlanta Police or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477). Crime Stoppers tipsters may remain anonymous and are eligible for a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest an indictment of the suspects.
