The Associated Press has called the runoff race for the District 3 Georgia Public Service Commission, declaring Chuck Eaton as the winner.
District 3 covers Fulton, DeKalb, Rockdale and Clayton counties.
Republican incumbent Eaton faced Democrat Lindy Miller.
Wednesday morning, unofficial race results showed Eaton with 52 percent of the votes and Miller 48 percent. 100 percent of the precincts are reporting.
In the general midterm election, Republican incumbent Chuck Eaton received 49.74 percent of the vote, while Democratic challenger Lindy Miller received 47.60 percent of the vote. Libertarian Ryan Graham received 2.66 percent of the vote in the race.
