ATLANTA — Former President Donald Trump will return to the White House, NBC News projects, declaring him president-elect in the early Wednesday morning hours after making a final call on Wisconsin.
Trump had made a victory speech at his Mar-a-Lago resort three hours earlier, as the presumptive winner in what appears as if it will be a landslide election to make him the 47th president.
