ATLANTA — For the first time ever, the Georgia Legislative Black, Asian American Pacific Islander, and Hispanic Caucuses are joining forces to host a groundbreaking tri-caucus town hall on Tuesday.
It's scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Latin American Association in Atlanta. The event will offer a platform for diverse voices to address critical issues facing Georgia's communities.
Distinguished keynote speakers for the evening include State Representatives Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah) from the Georgia Legislated Black Caucus, Michelle Au (D-Johns Creek) representing the AAPI Caucus, and Senator Jason Esteves (D-Atlanta) from the Hispanic Legislative Caucus.
Members from each caucus will engage in discussions on key topics, providing valuable insights and perspectives to address the needs and concerns of the state's diverse population.
Organizers said they hope the event fosters dialogue and collaboration among communities and their representatives.
