The Atlanta Hawks have reportedly made some moves in advance of Thursday night's NBA Draft.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Hawks acquired the #4 pick from the New Orleans Pelicans. In exchange, Atlanta sent their #8, 17 and 35 picks to New Orleans.
The Hawks also got Solomon Hill, a #57 pick and a future second-round pick from the Pelicans, Wojnarowski reports.
Atlanta is also sending a Cleveland heavily protected first-round pick in 2020 to the Pelicans, league sources tell ESPN," Wojnarowski said.
The report states that the Hawks are going after Virginia's De'Andre Hunter with the #4 pick.
The Hawks had not officially confirmed the trades as of 6:30 p.m. but did playfully respond to Wojnarowski's Twitter account.
Earlier on Thursday, Hawks sent their #41 selection to the Golden State Warriors in exchange for cash and a 2024 second-round pick.
The moves would leave the Hawks with the #4, #10 and #35 picks. (They reportedly sent their #44 pick to the Miami Heat).
New Orleans is expected to choose Duke's Zion Williamson with their #1 choice.
