FULTON COUNTY, Ga. – A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Fairburn woman.
Fulton County Police arrested 18-year-old Jared Kemp Christmas morning for the murder of Toni Abad whose body was found in the trunk of a car on Friday.
De'asia Ra'meke Page, 18, was also arrested for the murder of Abad after turning herself into Union City Police on Christmas Eve. Page was then turned over to Fulton County Police.
Abad's body was discovered on Friday after Fulton County police officer noticed a car's driver-side window had been broken near a Waffle House on Campbellton-Fairburn Road. He found Abad's body in the trunk.

Both suspects waived their first appearances on Dec. 26. Kemp and Page are charged with murder, kidnapping, false imprisonment, highjacking, armed robbery and aggravated robbery.
They are due back in court on January 9, 2017.
11Alive's Latasha Givens spoke with a woman who said she is Kemp's mother who said this crime doesn't sound like her son.
"This is heartbreaking, this is not my son, not his character. He was raised in the church. We feel just awful for the woman who died. Its just awful, can't explain it."
