Subpoenas in Apalachee High School shooting case

Three of the four subpoenas were filed seeking records from the Georgia Department of National Resources (DNR) about Colt Gray and Colin Gray's visits to three gun ranges: Big Lazer Creek Shooting Range in Talbot County, Clybel Shooting Range in Mansfield and Wilson Shoals Shooting Range in Banks County.

In those three subpoenas, prosecutors are asking for Colt Gray and Colin Gray's records, including copies of sign-in sheets, copies of license information, surveillance footage and other related documents at the facilities.

An additional subpoena was served to Amazon for customer service history, payment information and other account record information. The subpoenas show prosecutors are also interested in purchase history linked to two addresses the Grays are believed to have lived.
