WINDER, Ga. — Paige Stinchcomb and a small army of helpers at Ann's Flower and Gift Shop often work late into the night to get the job done. After the tragic shooting at Apalachee High School in Winder, the shop posted on social media offering to make ribbons in honor of the four victims: Richard "Ricky" Aspinwall, Cristina Irimie, Mason Schermerhorn and Christian Angulo.
The demand was overwhelming.
In less than a week, more than 700 people have requested to purchase one of the ribbons. They sell them for $10 each, with all of the proceeds going to the shooting victims and their families.

"Some people don't want the bows; they just want to give the money," Stinchcomb, who runs the downtown Winder shop with her mother, said.
There is currently an eight-day wait for people to receive one of the ribbons. They are gold and navy, which are the colors of Apalachee High School.
Shirlee Evans joined the waitlist for a ribbon on Monday.
"I was sick to my stomach. It was awful," Evans recounted about the shooting.
She knows the pain of losing a child, as she lost her son when he was 17 in an accident. Although the four who died at Apalachee High were not her family like others in the area, the grief can still feel overwhelming.
But thankfully, so can the love.
Stinchcomb believes the outpouring of support for the victims says something powerful about the Winder community: "Shows that there is more good than there is evil."
Evans also said that there's a lot of love in the community.
"Love will prevail," Evans said.
