ATLANTA — An Atlanta judge will hear arguments on multiple motions that aim to end the election interference case against Trump codefendant Harrison Floyd.
Fulton County Superior Court judge Scott McAfee will hear arguments on nine motions at 1:30 p.m. More than half of them challenge the indictment against Floyd.

Floyd, the former director of Black Voice for Trump, faces three felony charges for his alleged involvement in the plot to get then-Fulton County election worker Ruby Freeman to falsely admit that she committed election fraud.
Floyd and 18 others were indicted by a Fulton County grand jury in August. To date, four defendants have taken plea deals.
Willis has requested an August 2024 trial in the case. No trial date has been set to date.
