ATLANTA — Former University of Georgia standout and current Philadelphia Eagle Jordan Davis is known for his immense talent on the field, his incredible size and stature and his gentle giant personality.
But on Wednesday, the world found out that the 6 foot 6 inch, 336-pound defensive lineman can flat-out sing.
In a video that has now gone viral on the NFL's TikTok page and has been shared countless times on both X and Instagram, Davis is in a studio with fellow Eagles player Jordan Mailata. Davis has his headphones on and says, "Why am I so nervous? Goodness gracious, this is excruciating."
Clearly, Davis is as humble as it comes. As the piano begins playing, Davis begins to serenade everyone listening to "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" by Frank Sinatra. Just take a listen:
When Davis finishes the song, he turns around with his gigantic patented smile that can light up any room he walks into. One of the guys in the room listening tells him, "I love the sound of your voice, man," to which Davis replies, "Aw, shucks, man, thank y'all."
Davis played with Georgia from 2018 to 2021 before being drafted by the Eagles in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft at 13th overall. His time in the NFL has been successful so far, with numerous other UGA players with Philadelphia.
If Jordan Davis wants to release his own Christmas Album in the future, I would believe just about everybody would be on board. What a treasure he is.
