HOSCHTON, Ga. — Sports fans will keep a watchful eye on headlines this week as high school football players announce their plans for playing college ball.
One metro Atlanta standout, 3-star defensive end KingJoseph Edwards from Mill Creek High School, made his decision known Tuesday, Dec. 19. Early Signing Day kicks off on Wednesday.
According to Rivals.com, the Hoschton native had 39 offers. The finalists include Syracuse, Florida State, and Colorado.
Edwards shared on the X platform Sunday that he would take a short hiatus from social media to "minimize the noise" as he made his decision.
In the exciting announcement, Edwards said he will be attending Syracuse.
