ATLANTA — March Madness is a wonderful time of year. Everyone fills out a bracket with the hopes that they can become the first person to ever fill out a perfect bracket, but they know deep inside it'll likely be busted by 3 p.m. Thursday.
Making it through the first day perfect is rare, but not impossible. But most people that make it through day one unscathed are just your average Joe's.
Bijan Robinson, the first-round Falcons draft pick in 2023, is not your average Joe. The Falcons' fan-favorite and budding NFL star is one of just 0.0396% of people to have a perfect bracket through the first 12 games of the NCAA Tournament. He even picked the biggest upset so far, 14-seeded Oakland to knock off No. 3 Kentucky in the South region.
Take a look:
There's a decent chance that Robinson could end up perfect through day one. He just needs wins from North Carolina State, Washington State, Tennessee and Kansas.
We'll be sure to keep an eye on this one.
