ATLANTA — Atlanta’s Cam Newtown is opening a cigar bar-lounge restaurant blocks away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, just in time for the Super Bowl in Atlanta.
The Carolina Panthers’ three-time Pro Bowl quarterback, who played football for Westlake High School, has branded the bar, called Fellaship, an “experience where class and audaciousness collide.”
The new concept will occupy about 4,600 square feet in the Castleberry Point building at 110 Centennial Olympic Park Drive. It’s going to have a secret VIP lounge hidden behind a set of moving bookshelves. There will be fine dining, TV monitors framed like artwork, a glass-enclosed wine-room – and plenty of socializing.

Fellaship was developed by Newton and his brother CJ to reflect what Sundays were like growing up in the Newton house, with family and friends gathered to enjoy a good cigar, food and of course, fellowship.
“This is a dream come true for me, my brother CJ, my dad Cecil and others in my extended family,” Newton said in a press release. “To be able to come back to Atlanta to such a thriving business environment and start a business is just one way that I want to start giving back to my hometown that gave me my start and has been so good to me and my family. I’d like to thank the City of Atlanta, Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and others for helping this dream become a reality.”
Fellaship opens Super Bowl weekend with several events starting Friday, Feb. 1.
Tickets are still available to watch the Super Bowl at Newton’s club. All tickets include food and beverage, a complimentary cigar and parking. Standard admission starts at $750 per person – and VIP tickets are $1,000, which include a dedicated service staff, valet parking, access to a private mezzanine and a signature drink.
