LOS ANGELES — The L.A. Rams have made it to Atlanta.
After defeating the New Orleans Saints in OT last weekend, the team touched down at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta ahead of Super Bowl 53.
Fans gathered in Inglewood Sunday morning to send off the team in a rally at the new L.A. Stadium at Hollywood Park. The stadium will be the team's home starting in 2020.
The Rams will meet the Patriots in Atlanta for Super Bowl 53, nearly two decades after the Patriots upset the then-St. Louis-based team to win their first ring.
The Patriots and Tom Brady landed in Atlanta for the game earlier in the day before heading off to their hotel before a week of preparation ahead of Super Bowl Sunday.
