Here's how many medals United States has won at Olympics

The U.S. leads all countries in both silver medals and bronze medals, with 24 and 23, respectively.

PARIS, France — Although the United States may not have the most gold medals right now, American athletes are cruising to help the U.S. have a comfortable lead in the overall medal count.

At the end of competition on Saturday, the U.S. had a 20-medal lead on France at the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics. China still leads the United States by two in the gold medal county (16, 14).

The U.S. leads all countries in both silver medals and bronze medals, with 24 and 23, respectively.
