ATLANTA — Atlanta United means business after Mercedes-Benz Stadium announced it will be in full venue mode for the home playoff match against Inter Miami CF.

The two clubs will play head-to-head on Saturday, Nov. 2, at 7 p.m. in the second game of the playoff match.

"Saturday will be no exception," the club said on its website with anticipation for Saturday's match.

Atlanta United stated that the 300 Level will be open for the match.

The announcement comes after the two faced off in Game 1 on Friday night, in which Atlanta United lost to the No. 1 overall seed by a score of 2-1.

This put Atlanta United in a challenging position, with them needing a crucial win in the best-of-3 series.

It was Inter Miami CF's Lionel Messi MLS playoff opener, where he delivered the right pass at the right time, leading to a score in Game 1 of Round One of the playoff series.

Saturday's match will be without Inter Miami's Ian Fray. He had a non-contact injury in Game 1, which prevented him from putting any weight on his right leg.

Atlanta United did not lose to Miami in the regular season, according to the club.

The club set record attendance records for their games at MBS, with more than 73,000 spectators seeing them lift the MLS Cup trophy in 2018

"Earlier this season, Atlanta United hosted the third-largest crowd amongst all of soccer across the globe for that day," the club added in a release.
