ATLANTA — "Who," that's often the question that drives a criminal investigation. But, for investigators in Atlanta, the "who" at the center of Diane McIver's case has never been a mystery.
Diane was shot by her husband, Tex McIver. But, he says he doesn't remember pulling the trigger and doesn't know how the gun went off, that the whole thing was merely an accident.
Tex has stood by that story for years, claiming he loved his wife and never would harmed her on purpose. But, is his story true? Or, was there more to the McIvers' relationship than even their closest friends might have realized?
That's what reporter Kaitlyn Ross will be investigating in 11Alive and Vault Studios' new true crime podcast season, titled "Intent: The Tex McIver Case."
