COBB COUNTY, Ga. — UPDATE: The Georgia Department of Transportation 511 website says as of 7:30 a.m. that lanes are again open on South Cobb Drive. The City of Smyrna said it was a fatality accident in a post on Instagram.

A crash closed all lanes of South Cobb Drive near the East-West Connector in Cobb County early Tuesday morning.
Initial details on the crash were limited, and it was unclear if there were serious injuries involved.
It happened right at South Cobb Industrial Blvd. and Wright Rd., according to the Georgia Department of Transportation's 511 website. The site said it occurred just before 4 a.m. and, as of 5 a.m., all lanes were still listed as closed.
