All lanes are shut down after a multi-vehicle crash on I-285 west in Fulton County on Halloween evening.
GDOT511 shows heavy traffic delays in the area past Peachtree Dunwoody, which is exit 28. Drivers are being advised to use an alternate as emergency crews work, according to GDOT511.
