The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office is warning drivers to expect delays after a crash on Highway 369 at McBrayer Road.
According to a spokesperson for the Forsyth County Fire Department, the accident involved four vehicles, one of them being a tractor-trailer.
Only one injury has been reported, but it is being described as "traumatic." The victim, an elderly woman, has been taken from the scene but is said to be stable.

As of about 3:30 p.m. most of the traffic on this highway was still blocked though one lane may be in the process of opening.
