All lanes were closed on I-20 East in DeKalb County just past before Panola Road early Sunday.
The Georgia Department of Transportation 511 website listed a crash alert that said emergency personnel were on scene.
There was no initial estimated time of clearance, according to the alert.
Traffic cameras in the area were not working and it was unclear how many vehicles might have been involved, or if there were injuries.
