CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. — Multiple lanes were blocked off on I-575 South in Cherokee County after a crash early Friday morning.
It happened just past Hickory Flat Hwy./GA-140. There was no immediate indication if there were serious injuries involved.
The crash was causing backup toward GA-20 a little after 6 a.m. The Georgia Department of Transportation 511 website listed two left lanes blocked in the incident.
