COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Traffic is backed up on Interstate 75 north in Cobb County following a wreck that closed several lanes on Wednesday afternoon.
Three of five lanes on I-75 past SR 120 Loop/North Marietta Parkway were blocked but are now back open after crews cleared the incident.
Cobb County Police said its STEP (Selective Traffic Enforcement Program) Unit has been asked to help with the serious injury crash. It's unclear at this time how many people were injured or how many cars were involved in the crash.
