TRAFFIC | Wreck closes all lanes on I-85 in south Fulton County

I-85 South was blocked around 8:30 a.m.

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — A wreck had all lanes blocked Friday morning on I-85 South in south Fulton County.

It happened past Jonesboro Road, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Delays were forming almost as far back as Flat Shoals Road around 8:30 a.m.

It was unclear if there were significant injuries in the wreck. GDOT gave an initial estimated end time of 9:30 a.m. for the situation.

FULTON CO - All lanes are blocked on I-85 S past Jonesboro Rd. (mm 64.1) due to a crash. Avoid travel in this direction and use alt. routes.
