UPDATE: Just before 7:30 a.m., a tow truck could be seen with one of the vehicles and it appeared the stoppage was now largely limited to the left HOV and shoulder lanes.
(Previous update): As of 7:05 a.m., police have coned off two left lanes and traffic is moving through the right lanes. Delays still stretching back to Hwy. 316 and past Duluth Hwy. on I-85.

A wreck has multiple lanes closed on I-85 South in Gwinnett County early Thursday morning.
It happened just before Jimmy Carter Boulevard. It was unclear if there were serious injuries involved.
The 11Alive SkyTracker flew over the scene, where multiple police vehicles could be seen responding. It appeared multiple vehicles were involved in the wreck, and one car was resting on the far left shoulder.
As of 6:50 a.m., three left lanes of I-85 South were blocked.
Delays were stretching back toward Hwy. 316.
