ATLANTA -- MARTA rail riders on the Red and Gold lines found themselves delayed by up to 15 minutes Wednesday morning thanks to more than one medical emergency.
The transit carrier said there were at least three separate medical issues reported at the Lindbergh, Arts Center and Midtown stations in a 400minute timeframe.
MARTA spokesperson Stephany Fisher said this resulted in the delays on both north and southbound trains during the morning rush hour timeframe.
The rail delays should be resolved by midday when the time between trains is reduced.
