Multiple lanes of I-75 southbound are blocked at Highway 20 in McDonough due to a wreck that appears to involve multiple vehicles.
This accident appeared just after 6 a.m. and has caused over five miles of backup.
Drivers are encouraged to use Highway 23 as an alternate.
