COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Several lanes are blocked on I-75 south near Windy Hill Road in Cobb County Monday evening.
Cobb County Police said a tractor-trailer's brakes locked up, and its load shifted-- causing it to block multiple lanes.
There are extensive traffic delays in the area. 11Alive's traffic expert, Crash Clark, said to use Highway 41 as an alternate route.
