3 ejected from vehicles after crash on I-285 east in DeKalb County, police say

DeKalb Police said when officers arrived, they found four vehicles including two tractor-trailers, a car and a truck that had overturned.

DORAVILLE, Ga. — Three people were ejected from their vehicles after a crash on I-285 east in DeKalb County Wednesday afternoon.

All lanes were blocked on I-285 east before I-85 due to an overturned tractor-trailer crash in Doraville for several hours.

11Alive SkyTracker flew over the scene, where fire crews and EMS were spotted at the scene.

DeKalb Police said when officers arrived shortly before 4:15 p.m., they found four vehicles including two tractor-trailers, a car and a truck that had overturned.

The three people ejected from their vehicles were taken to area hospitals with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, the police department said.

The crash remains under investigation.
