FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — One person is dead following a crash involving at least 5 cars in Cobb County on Tuesday, according to the police department.
All lanes were closed but are now back open on Interstate 75 at Cumberland Boulevard, the Georgia Department of Transportation said, adding that it happened in the northbound lanes.
Crews were called out to the crash around 3:10 a.m. and weren't able to get roads cleared until after 7 a.m.
Police said a report on what happened would come from their Selective Traffic Enforcement Program team following its investigation.
