It snowed overnight! If you blinked, you might have missed it but some folks are waking up to a little dusting.
The cold air moved in just in time for an upper level disturbance to mix with rain falling in southern parts of the metro area. There were freeze warnings last night for many counties in north Georgia and metro Atlanta. For some, there were snow flurries. For others there was sleet.
The upper level disturbance came through quickly and is now gone. 11Alive Community Stormtrackers posted pictures of the snow on their decks and cars.
