SOUTH CAROLINA, USA — Several calls to the station Thursday morning reported something glowing into the sky.
Betty Graham says she and her daughter Debby Napper saw it near Camden between 6:30 and 7 am.
"She thought 'what in the world is that?' Betty told News19.
"I thought it was a fallen star," Betty continued. "It was kind of amazing.. we hadn't seen anything like that before."
The National Weather service says they have also received several calls, calling the object, a meteor.
The American Meteor Society also received reports. They tweeted out a video showing shots from Fayetteville, NC, Cameron, NC, and Greer, SC.
The American Meteor Society also received a video from Denver, NC.
E. Gibson and M Coyle reached out to our sister station in Atlanta, GA. The station began receiving reports before 7 am.
