12:00 a.m. | 11Alive Stormtracker community member Guy Dockstader reported bad storms in south Paulding County and snapped a photo of hail that came down Thursday night.
11:44 p.m. | Carroll, Douglas, Haralson, Paulding and Polk counties are under a severe thunderstorm warning until 12:30 a.m.
11:35 p.m. | 11Alive Chief Meteorologist Chris Holcomb said heavy rain, frequent lightning, 60 mph wind and quarter-size hail are possible in areas under a severe thunderstorm warning. The storm is moving west at 15 mph.
11:33 p.m. | The NWS has extended its severe thunderstorm warning for Douglas, Cobb and Paulding counties. Carroll County is now under the advisory as well. The alert is expected to expire for the area at 12:15 a.m.
10:54 p.m. | A severe thunderstorm warning has been extended for Douglas and Cobb counties until 11:30 p.m. Paulding County is also under the advisory.
10:21 p.m. | Cobb, Douglas, and Fulton counties are under a severe thunderstorm warning until 11 p.m.
9:48 p.m. | The NWS issued a severe thunderstorm warning for northwestern DeKalb County, southeastern Cobb County and central Fulton County. This is set to expire at 10:30 p.m.
3 p.m. | A heat advisory is in effect until 8 p.m.
2:15 p.m. | A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Rabun and Habersham counties until 3 p.m. It also includes Oconee County, S.C.
12:55 p.m. | A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Oconee, Rabun until 6/16 1:15PM. Track storms now: 11alive.com/radar
