Police have made an arrest in a deadly shooting at a popular Atlanta restaurant.

Chelsea Beller, a manager at the Barcelona Wine Bar in northwest Atlanta was shot and killed in the Nov. 19 robbery.

Police said three suspects entered the restaurant on Howell Mill Road as employees were closing and demanded money.

After the shooting, the suspects carjacked a Lyft driver and fled down 14th Street, police said. A campus police officer noticed the car's headlights and made a U-turn to perform a traffic stop. That's when the suspects turned off of 14th Street.

In that area, police found the abandoned car and items spread throughout, including clothing, latex clothes and masks.

According to Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields, blood evidence from that evidence was turned over to the GBI crime lab. Earlier this week, police learned the DNA was a match to 21-year-old Samuel Ott, who has a previous criminal history.

Ott, 21, of Stone Mountain was taken into custody on Saturday. He's charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, kidnapping and false imprisonment and taken to the Fulton County jail.

The investigation into the murder continues, and police say more suspects are remaining to be identified.

CrimeStoppers Atlanta has once again raised the reward by $5,000. The reward for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the remaining suspects now stands at up to $38,000.
