DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - A woman was struck by a MARTA bus Friday afternoon in front of a Memorial Drive Walmart.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and was taken to a local hospital.
According to MARTA, the woman was struck as she ran across Memorial Drive near N. Hairston Road.
The bus was towed away after the accident, and another bus and operator were brought in to continue the route.
