ATLANTA — Domani, rapper and son of trap music icon T.I., is  giving back to Atlanta military families for Valentine’s Day.

The rising star spent much of the past year on the road, leaving for his first national tour just a few months after his high school graduation.

Domani then spent time on his first European tour and revealed he missed his loved ones the most during that time.

A rep tells 11Alive that being on the road made Domani appreciate the sacrifice that members of the military experience while being away from their families.

It inspired his upcoming single “Homesick,” which comes out on Valentine’s Day. So, in celebration of the release of his song, he’s looking for five Atlanta-area servicemen/women, between the ages of 18 and 25 to each receive a customized "Homesick" care package.

The packages will consist of an exclusive "Homesick" t-shirt; apparel from local brands that will allow the winners to "rep" their city; retail and entertainment gift cards, and one special item selected by each winner's family.

Do you know service member who deserves a care package? Let his team know about them!

For consideration, send the name of the soldier, age, and location where the soldier is stationed, and what do you think they miss most about Atlanta to homesick@theremedyllc.com
