ATLANTA — Two men have been arrested on murder charges in connection to a drive-by triple shooting that took the life of a teen at the beginning of the year.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers arrested 22-year-old Desmond Lindsey on May 1. He was charged with murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
A second suspect, 21-year-old Terrance Cole, was previously arrested, facing the same charges on Apr. 4.
On Jan. 2, officers were called to a home in the 300 block of Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard on a call of "several persons shot" and found three people with gunshot wounds. One of the teens, 18-year-old Montrevious Pitts, was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
Police said the other two victims, between the ages of 19 and 21, were injured in the shooting but survived.
11Alive has reached out to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office to receive the mugshots for Lindsey and Cole and are awaiting a response.
