ATLANTA — A man was shot and killed after an argument, police believe, east of downtown Atlanta off Edgewood Ave. early Saturday morning.
Lt. Andrea Webster of Atlanta Police said a call came in around 3 a.m. to William Holmes Borders Senior Drive, where police found a man shot dead on the sidewalk near an apartment building.
Webster said there was video surveillance that showed the person who was killed in a “conversation that appears to may have been a heated argument with another male” before he was shot.
Police are asking anyone who may have information on the killing to come forward.
