A family is delivering good news following a tragic accident that claimed the lives of five others on Sunday, according to updates to an online fundraiser verified by 11Alive.
Noah Mason, who is 5 years old, was released from the hospital on May 24 after being hurt in a deadly crash that happened on I-75 southbound just before Red Top Mountain Road. Authorities said five people were killed, and five others were hurt.

An update posted by the family showed a photo of Noah in a car, with text expressing gratitude for those who've stepped in and helped.
"We are overjoyed that our sweet Noah is on his way to his new home. He still has a ways to go. But the outlook is great," the post said in part. "We shall never completely heal from the loss of his family and ours. But God blessed us with a five-year-old that will never allow us to slow down or wallow in our sadness."
This comes as the family deals with the overwhelming emotions of losing loved ones. Dakarai Mason, 43, and Erin Mason, 35, along with their three children, Brandon, Titus, 6, and Noah, were involved in the Bartow County crash, and only Noah survived.
A 21-year-old, Aimee Odom, also died in the crash; she was a student at Kennesaw State University and attended Cartersville High School. Several others were injured and taken to the hospital.
