CUMMING, Ga. — A Cumming man has been arrested in Delaware for a warrant on aggravated child molestation.
Ryan Pilkington was arrested Monday at an apartment complex in Newark, Delaware. The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office says the 20-year-old is accused of molesting a child he was babysitting.
Stacie Miller with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office says that the family reported the incident in January of this year, and deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Pilkington based on their investigation.
"This happened in 2019 and possibly a couple of years prior. The victim is very young now and was extremely young when Pilkington was a babysitter/nanny for this family," says Miller.
Pilkington is being held without bail in Newark, pending extradition to Georgia.
